⚠ Must know before you apply

Nationality-locked: applicants must hold Syrian, Jordanian, Lebanese or Palestinian nationality AND permanently reside in one of these countries (more flexibility for Syrians, and Palestinians living in Israel may apply). Dual nationals must show one of these four nationalities.
Binding return-home undertaking: scholars must sign a commitment to apply their skills toward the development of the Foundation's target countries on completion of their studies.
One-year taught master's degrees in the UK only — no PhD, no undergraduate, and no two-year master's programmes.
Fully funded INCLUDES a living stipend (full maintenance costs), not tuition-only.
Separate (different) funding arrangement applies if you are selected for the University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, or as a Chevening partner scholar — the standard package above is not guaranteed for those routes.

Eligibility is restricted: mainly for graduates/professionals from developing and emerging economies who could not otherwise fund Oxford study, and you must be ordinarily resident in one of the listed eligible countries.
Only a fixed list of taught master's-level courses (e.g. MBA, MPP, MJur, BCL, various MSc/MSt programmes) is eligible; DPhil/doctoral and non-listed courses are not.
